Inspired by the traditional Chinese pale lagers heavily adjuncted with rice, the idea for this beer came from a desire to create a handmade craft version of the beers consumed every Chinese New Years spent with family. A pale lager brewed with pilsner malt, a heavy dosing of flaked rice, and our favorite lager yeast strain. Perhaps our crispiest lager to date, YOTR exudes maximum drinkability with lagery esters. It carries a lovely crispy rice finish and a complementary herbal lemongrass hop presence. Born from a cultural family tradition, we present beer that is meant to accompany any reason to celebration
