Nibiru is the project run by a young couple with experience in fine dining and oenology before turning into winemaking. Located in the northernmost part of Kamptal, they are certified organic and biodynamic. Their name ‘Nibiru’ is mythical planet that is said to only cross into the solar system every 3,000 yrs. traveling in the opposite direction to all the other planets.
A blend from almost all the estate’s white varietals. Floral aromas, and flavors of green apples, grapefruit, apricot, a bit herbaceous, so delicious, and in a liter size for enjoyment among friends.
