This mindset guides our winemaking philosophy for Two Squared “Unoaked”, and our Chardonnay fruit must stand alone in its quest for sophisticated palate pleasure. With precise vineyard control from budbreak to harvest, in 2021, our team was able to coax layers of ripe green apple, pear and honeysuckle flavors from a sensational cool-climate vineyard in Sonoma’s Knights Valley. With no oak to compete for attention, it’s simply ripe fruit and beams of acidity racing to the refreshing finish.
