Here is to keeping things in their purest form. To Leaving them unadulterated and untouched by anything other than their essential and elemental characteristics. To insisting, with reckless abandon, certain things are just meant to be left alone; Unbothered, unchanged, unconditioned.

That’s exactly what we did with this stout: left it in its purest form. Aged 21 months in both Dominican Rum barrels and Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels, we let the base and the barrels do the talking.
