What if our beers were chocolate bars? We wanted to find out and teamed up with Chuao Chocolatier for a delectable Chocolate Covered Stout series. We turned four of their most unique chocolate bars into beers and first up is Spicy Maya Dry Irish Stout!
In this 6% stout, caramel and roasted coffee notes from the British specialty malts blend harmoniously with a rich chocolate flavor from the 132 lbs of raw dark cacao nibs. A slight warming follows from the pasilla peppers and Cayenne pepper along with hints of cinnamon.
