VINIFICATION
Hand harvested, 50% whole cluster in open-top vats, fermented with indigenous yeasts and gentle slow extraction.

AGING
8 months after harvest in small concrete eggs.

VINEYARDS AND SOILS
Grapes coming from height vineyards located
in Gualtallary, Uco Valley, Mendoza, under
calcareous soils.
In our vineyards, we do not use any herbicide
or systemic products, managing them in an
agro-ecological way.
