Swick Wyd? Chardonnay

This is the second release of the WYD? Chardonnay series, made this time from Columbia Valley fruit. As always it's a completely organic wine made with zero additives, bottled unfined (vegan-friendly), and meant to drink with food and buddies. 100% Chardonnay, barrel-fermented.

Joe Swick is a native of Portland, Oregon who makes a wide array of unique organic wines. All his wines are made with natural yeasts, unexpected grape varieties grown in both Oregon and Washington State by small, dedicated growers. Joe's earlier wines included studies on Pinot Noir clones but nowadays many of his wines are adventurous co-ferments and naturally-made versions of classic grapes from Portugal or Burgundy.
