Beef Based - Whole Muscle – A Classic Italian Whole Muscle Salami Derived from the Beef Eye Round. Should be Sliced Razor Thin. Marinated in Italian Aromatics, Orange and Rosemary and a Deep Red Wine finish. Fermented and Aged for six to eight weeks. Pairs with Aged Cow’s milk and Young Goats Milk Cheeses very well.
