This is done by quite an interesting winemaker that is focusing on quality and organics. This has a focused nose of minerals, citrus, apricot, and a light suggestion of sea spray. The palate is precise and clean with flavors of citrus, apricot, wet river stones and a light sea spray.

Organic farming, some biodynamic practices, clay, limestone and chalk soil. Seven day maceration, partially whole cluster, then aged 12 months in stainless steel. 20 year old vines; 11% ABV.
