Welcome back to our original barleywine, Forgotten Brilliance. As a tribute to the big, hoppy American barleywines as well as vintage English ales of yore, our third rendition of this ale features Cascade and Strata hops over a hearty canvas of Maris Otter and English crystal malts. Undergoing a two-hour boil, this beauty was brewed with great intention: Drink it fresh and relish its hoppy, bitter characteristics, or enjoy it later, as it will age gracefully for years to come. Complex and bold, flavors of rich caramel and almond paste intermingle with floral and toasted bread notes. Its enchanting mahogany color, medium body, and approachable bitterness make for an experience not to be forgotten
