Modern Times Chromatic

The stunningly delicious progeny of a joint effort with the lovely folks at Threes Brewing, this Baltic porter sports a malt bill of Mecca Grade Metolius, Bohemian Pilsner, Mecca Grade Shaniko, chocolate malt, Midnight Wheat, and a pinch of oak Smoked malt. We then added some Hallertau Mittelfruh to the boil in three separate additions to give it a touch of bitterness and bit of spice. Ready your taste-receptors for a glorious ensemble cast of chocolate, hazelnut, and coffee notes with a light smokiness on the nose. It’s an absolutely delightful beverage that’s an ideal fit for the cooling weather.
