Inspired by Sierra Nevada’s Resilience project of 2018, Maui Brewing Company will be brewing a Kokua beer. Translated as “extending help to others” in the Hawaiian language, the Kokua project will be one beer, brewed by many, to support the people of Maui with 100% of proceeds going to local Maui non-profit organizations mentioned above. Brewers from around the world are invited to participate in the project to raise funds for the people of Maui.
