Les Lunes Cosmic Blend

The Cosmic Blend is a playful interpretation of the Bordeaux type varieties that Les Lunes farms and a perfect counter to our Astral Blend. The blend came about through experimentation with a shorter macerations and shorter aging. This helps to underline and showcase the freshness and fruit character that is so expressive due to our sunny California climate and focused organic farming. This wine is defined by its juicy fruit character on the palate with tons of aromas of blue fruit and mountain berries.
