Laziz Toum Garlic Sauce

Toum is a strong garlic spread blended with pure olive oil & freshly squeezed lemon juice. Used as a sauce, condiment, or ingredient in cooking. Toum enhances the flavour of any dish. A tablespoon is about 5 cloves of raw garlic, so imagine this in guacamole, mashed potatoes, or as a healthy & vegan alternative to mayonnaise. It makes delicious garlic bread or garlic burgers and is a delight when served as a dipping sauce with french fries.
