Laziz Muhammara Dip

Muhammara, which means to redden or make red, is roasted pepper dip or spread with a burst of flavor and a hint of heat. Red peppers are flame-roasted and blended with a mixture of raw garlic, onion, walnut (which provides consistency and a deep nutty flavor), and olive oil. Muhammara can be used traditionally as a dip or spread, or as a base in recipes and marinades.
