Indi is the newest member of the family, and it took years of tests and reflections!
We wanted it to represent our commitment to a totally environmentally friendly viticulture and to express the complexity and richness of our land.
At the same time, it had to have the elegance and olfactory cleanliness that characterize our wines.

A Gavi from the municipality of Gavi obtained from a small vineyard in Monterotondo, which benefits from the sea breezes and is surrounded by wonderful woods.
To enhance the natural approach to winemaking, we obtain a spontaneous fermentation from a pied de cuve of our de-stemmed grapes.
INDI stands for indigenous yeasts, but it is also a tribute to Indie music.
