Made from 100% Cortese grapes, it enhances the typical characteristics of Gavi: in fact it has a marked vivacity and retains primary floral and fruity aromas, supported by a pleasant acidity. It is a classic method (therefore obtained with refermentation in the bottle) vintage (made with grapes from a single vintage). All stages of production, vinification, sparkling, manual remuage and dégorgement, take place in our cellar. Perfect as an aperitif, excellent throughout the meal. Serve between 6 and 8 degrees of temperature.
