The wine is an amalgamation of several vintages, and is matured in small, 225-litre, French oak barrels for up to 30 months.
The wine’s prolonged contact with the wood of the barrels imparts subtle coffee and chocolate notes to it.
You can store our reserve wine in the cellar for many years.
When the bottle is open, the wine can easily last for several month, if it is kept in a cool place.
