Espinaler Razor Clams

he Galician estuaries’ Razor Clams are harvested in pure waters. The thin layer of oil that appears when the can is opened, segregated by the clam itself, shows that the shellfish has been made in the fullness of the product, at its optimum point of maturation, an excellent trait. This time we recommend drinking this liquid directly with a cup.
