A couple weeks ago Beau and Chad from Look’s Beer Co. came and hung out in Fargo to help make Coffin Flop, a Double IPA with Nectaron Cryo along with our hand-selected Citra & Mosaic hops. It’s crazy delicious and just bursting with flavors of orange sherbet, peach, lemon lime soda, and grapefruit! They’re saying Coffin Flop can’t be real. They’re saying it’s impossible that we got that much flavor from just the hops. I don’t know what to tell you, bud. We’re just making beers and putting hops in ‘em.
