Domaine Ami Bourgogne Blanc

AMI Bourgogne Blanc is ana ged white wine made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety in the Burgundy region.
The grapes come from 3 hectares of old organic vineyards planted on clay and limestone soils. These vineyards have been cultivated using certified organic farming techniques with biodynamic treatements and following the lunar cycles in each of the processes to guarantee the natural balance of the terroir.

The grape are harvested by hand. Once in the winery, vinification takes place after direct presing of the grapes in old Bordeaux barrels.

The Chardonnay grapes are fermented very slowly with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control. The wine is aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels. The resulting wine is bottled without filtering, fining, or sulphiting.

AMI Bourgogne Blanc is a white wine with intense fruity aromas and penetrating citrus notes. Creamy, full and elegant on the palate, a well-structured wine with sweet acidity and a very mineral finish.
