There is a sweet kiss of oak, vanilla bean and nutmeg spice. The mouthfeel is very broad and attractive, floating across the palate with pure silkiness. The Cave blend is very dynamic as it gains a lot of attributes from different varietals. The sophistication of the Cabernet Sauvignon, bright red fruit from the Merlot, and luscious fruit and spice from the Sangiovese, Zinfandel and Petit Verdot.
