Cosmic Vinyaters Desti 750ml

Natural and pure wines without added sulphites made from 100% Muscat d’Alexandria from a small eco certified plot, La Vinya del Joan in Capmany (Alt Empordà-Girona). The wine is organically farmed following the biodynamic principles, working with sacred geometry.

Vinification:

Manual harvested following the Byodinamic calendar.

Maceration takes place during 3 weeks with whole berries. Spontaneous fermentation in a stainless steel vat with skin contact and only autochthonous yeasts.

Bottled unfiltered. Production of 5550 bottles. SO2 < 10mg/l.

Tasting Notes: Fragrant nose with scent of orange blossom, notes of white flowers, jasmine and peaches. Medium body with good intensity, freshness and length.
