Chimney Rock Fall Season

Our limited seasonal release transports you to the changing landscape of our home in West Marin. Chimney Rock gets its name from the eastern spur of the nearby Point Reyes Headlands, where dramatic cliffs offer sweeping views of the Pacific Coast. In the light of the harvest moon with a brooding fog setting over the bay, there are few better places to enjoy a hike with a piece of cheese.

Each piece starts with single-source organic cow's milk from nearby Bivalve Dairy. Once aged, Chimney Rock is rolled in ground organic shiitake mushrooms from our friends and neighbors at Far West Fungi. Summer Savory and black pepper round out the flavors.
