Casino Mine Ranch Simone Red

The Grenache and Mourvèdre were co-fermented in stainless steel resulting in an incredibly juicy, yet refined expression the red, fruit-driven Grenache and the refreshing acidity of Mourvèdre. On the nose there are intense garrigue aromas with brambly fruits, candied violets, crushed gravel, and bergamot peel on the palate. Notes of sucre file, and salted licorice billow from the glass, and are accentuated by mouth-coating tannins and a fresh finish.
