Brewed in collaboration with the Grand Funk Maestro Dan Pixley of Milk the Funk. This German-style Pilsner was fermented and lagered entirely in neutral French oak barrels. Aging in oak brings out gentle woodsy nuance and mouth-drying tannins, which add to the snappy, drinkability we love in Pilsners. Large doses of German and Polish noble hops add beautifully supportive herbaceous and spice notes compliment our house lager strain.
