The métode tradicional Rosat Reserva is from 9 plots of Macabeu and 3 plots of
Garnatxa Negra. The grapes were hand-harvested in mid September, destemmed and pressed into stainless steel for primary fermentation with natural yeasts. A minimum of 20 months aging sur lie and disgorged to order. Bottled with zero dosage. This sparkling rosé is finely beaded and offers notes of red apple, strawberry and raspberry with cleansing acidity and a persisting finish.
