Aperitivo Aplomado Herbal

Falcon Spirits Distillery's Aperitivo Aplomado is a blend of 26 hand-selected high quality herbs, roots, flowers, and fruits. This is a gentian-forward Amaro with no artificial flavors, colors, or additives added during production. These small batches take over two months of hand-mixing and monitoring to impart their lovely colors and flavors. In order to preserve the nuances in taste profile and color, Falcon Spirits only lightly filters the infusion. Its aroma is floral with a complex bitter perfectly balanced against sweet, holding well in cocktails without being too sweet. This is truly a handmade product from inception to bottling, lovingly produced in 700 bottle batches. The appearance is a striking all-natural orange, derived from Annato seeds. The genitian is strong on the finish, lingering on pleasantly long after sipping.
