The Rio Negro creates an oasis in the the Northern part of Patagonia. The windy, high and dry Pampas are an ideal location for viticulture. The sunny days, cool nights and sandy soils create an unexpected home for Pinot Noir. The grapes are hand harvested, then fermented in concrete with 30% whole cluster. Brightly colored, thanks to all that sun and wind, medium bodied and fresh (cool nights). This is a serious Pinot at a ridiculous price.
